Refund & Exchange Policy

  • If you are unsatisfied with the print you received, you are entitled to a full refund. However, please note that contact with us must be made seven days after posting.

  • Failure to do so within the time period will mean you are ineligible for a refund.

  • We will require the print to be returned back to us undamaged and in the original packaging. Once we receive the print, we will then issue a refund.

  • Please note postage for returning an item will not be refunded.

  • We do not accept exchanges
