How long does it take to dispatch orders?

We aim to process your order within 3-5 working days and the prints will be posted out via Royal Mail 1st Class. The option for faster delivery is available at checkout.

Royal Mail 1st Class post is an untracked service so no tracking number will be provided. If you require next-day delivery, get in touch and we will endeavour to help you.

Please allow for delays during seasonal periods of the year.

Can I request a custom print?

We welcome custom requests and an order for one can be placed here.

We will provide a draft of the print allowing you an opportunity to make any amends and to ensure you are fully satisfied with the design.

Do you offer a framing service?

We do not offer a framing service, the frames in the pictures are for display purposes only.

Can I exchange or return a print?

We do not accept exchanges and returns will be accepted seven days after posting.

We will require the print to be sent back to us and once we receive the print, we will then issue a refund.

We will require the print to be undamaged and in the original packaging.

Please note postage for returning an item will not be refunded.

I have received the wrong product, what should I do?

In the unlikely event you are sent the incorrect print, get in touch with us and we will send out the correct one promptly.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

In the rare event your print is damaged in transit, please drop us an email at iconic_sporting_highlights@yahoo.com along with pictures of the damage and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

Please note that orders will not be eligible for are replacement after two weeks of posting.
